When someone suffers with PTSD you must be very careful what you talk about. I felt bad for my neighbor, he has 1/3 function of his heart. He lives here and Arizona. When I first met him at the park in the complex and I said are a retired detective? Did you serve in the Air force in Viet Nam? I nearly scared him to the death. He says how do you know that? I said by the way your walk... He was amazed. So I called him today to check how his cardiologist appt. He was telling me about his life. He asked me if I knew he was a cop. I was laughing. I said yes. I asked him is your memory okay today? He started to talk about all the bad things that happened in Viet Nam... How many persons and children he killed and every night is a nightmare for this man..Dropping the the agent orange and he is a killer. I had to change the story before he went into a PTSD episode. He is a nice neighbor. I felt so bad for him. Not only do our service men and women defend our freedom in the USA but most people have no clue about their tour. Prayers to my neighbor...
