♥ When the 22nd of each month comes around, its always a date of which is dear to my heart. It is the day that Emma gained her angel wings. Tomorrow marks Emmas 18th Month Angelversary. Thank you all for being here and supporting my familys journey for Emmas justice. Even though every single day is a reminder to me, the memories that I choose to remember the most are the fondest and loving moments with Emma. I will never forget holding her in my arms at the PICU on that Monday night, and I will always remember the way her heart beat feels against my chest and Emmas warmth while her loving spirit was still contained in her body. Emma is loved and she always will be. Thank you. ♥ #ToTheStars
