When the three branches of our government work within the power of the Constitution, then they are working as ordained by God, when they are exceeding their power or authority as given by the Constitution they are resisting the ordinances of God! This is not the government we as the people of God are commanded to obey and respect. It is the responsibility of all American Citizens to obey and defend the Constitution of the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic! Preamble to the Constitution: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. America was ordained as a nation with a government of the people, by the people, for the people, to be governed by principles and laws set forth in the Constitution of the United States! Our elected officials, first and foremost, are sworn to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States! Why are you not doing that? Oath of Office for President of the United States, U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative President of the United States United States Constitution Article 2 Section 1. The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected, as follows: Paragraph 7 Before he enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Oath of office given to Representatives and Senators: The oath used today has not changed since 1966 and is prescribed in Title 5, Section 3331 of the United States Code. It reads: “I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.” The power of our government is given to each branch of our government by the Constitution. The three branches of government are limited by the Constitution to use only those powers given them. If they exceed the power or authority given them by the Constitution it is deemed to be unconstitutional and therefore is unenforceable, or not to be forced upon the people. The legislative branch, House and Senate are the only branch of the government that has the power to make or change the laws as mandated by the Constitution. The executive branch does not have the authority to make laws or amend laws made by the legislative branch, by so called executive order,this is unconstitutional. The judicial branch of the government does not have the power to make law or change the laws made by the legislative branch of the government, it is required of the judicial branch to see the laws are equally and fairly administered to all the people of these United States.
