When u have teachers....u represent the ppl....they direct you and when they see u falling or becoming like a bear..they reach out n give u a nudge towards the ways that keep u in balance..to Tusweca-Dragon Fly is for protections from the Intangible, jealousy, hatred, negative words etc and the Tangible, hail, arrows and bullets etc..the Sweat Lodge is for cleansing our spirit maintaining balance..dysfunctional way is to say I feel bad and need to sweat..proactive healthy way is to just do it.. go sweat beacuse we understand cleansing our spirit is part of maintianing balance Many relations do not practice these holidays....but the do ceremony and feast....coz so many are under pressure to be a part of a dream that is really a corporate nightmare..many grieve.....support them...quit being angry and disgusted at ppl who can do nothing for u.... Keep a happy heart especially when the forces around u try to pull u down...pain is a hard thing to deal with....when its chaotic....remember who you are and surround yourself with natural...sacred... Enjoy those drums tonight good ppl...be happy....
