When we are experiencing a challenging time, we may see a light at the end of the tunnel and at other times the future may seem totally blank and black. Time guarantees you there is a light coming because time can only take us in one direction and that is forward. So keep walking and also understand that you may not see a light at the end of a tunnel that has changed in your life in the fact that the result you want to happen may not be that light. When completely lost, you can always find yourself. You have too. When you find yourself you are not lost. You may not like or be comfortable in the stark separateness you are feeling but you are not by yourself... you are with yourself. Young need to learn to be with yourself. Focus deeply on moving forward without having to be attached to the outcome that you want. Be open to all possibilities because what the light at the end of the tunnel may, not at all, be what you expected but it will definitely be good or better than what or who you have left behind. During the dark times you have to faith, hope and persistence and believe in these concepts so deeply that you keep moving. The only way a light will not come is if you choose to stay in the past. We suffer the most when we want reality to be different than it is, so commit to yourself, focus on what you can control, set new goals and stay open to whatever outcome is making its way to you now.
