When we have a system that grants permission for "SOME" to defend their own safety that is where the discrimination is... SOME are entitled to have saftey and not others. INEQUITY that is institutionally created is not constitutional!!! Bad policy is one thing, selective application of policy, rules, laws, procedures, protections, court process or anything IS discrimination. We need a broader definition...make it MORE clear! We need protections from the reasons that people are making to violate the rights that SHOULD apply to lawful citizens and protections from misrepresentation that we have done things to justify us not having access to our rights... that is the bottom line.
