When we hire someone for a position as impportant as a gm at the casino or other big positions, why dont we bring in the finalists for the position and have them meet all the people in the community for a big feast or gathering where we do a huge interview for the position and vote on it as a people? Maybe one doesnt fit that position and we would like to hire them elsewhere. And we need to get our people that are educated or help them to get that education to assume these positions. We need to remember the people.
