When you enter a Business Partnership with a certain amount of people it is important to understand that some will leave. If only 50% of people that get married stay together and the other 50% Divorce.....Come on these are people that told God they want to be with a certain person for the rest of their life so how can you expect that type of loyalty from everyone? Some Will, Some wont, SO WHAT!!!
