When you pray, it does matter what type of prayer you are praying. Standing in gap requires intercession prayer, multiple issues of several people requires corporate prayer, attacks from the enemy, requires warfare prayer, but when you need a specific thing done, it does requires petition prayer. So when you are asked to pray, find out the need and then pray the right type of prayer. Your prayer life should be assignment driven.
