When you realize that you are the source of this very moment, one can sense that fear itself is the cause of chaos in your experience. In accepting this responsibility for your life, there is the ability to cultivate the frequencies of experience you choose to focus on, where that which you view the majority of the time is created in your own reality. You will notice that most of what this physical reality has to show you is destructive, where violence, fear, judgement, disrespect, lack and limitation are paraded as entertainment by those that wish to keep you in fear. Peace has always been the truth of your presence, which can be felt when you close your eyes to the outside illusion and feel the calm within your heart space.
