When you start to say thank you to everyone, you run the risk of missing someone. However we are going to take that chance because without all these people the show could not have been delivered as it was. So here we go: it took a village! We can thank the powers that be for the fantastic weather but really...... Heartfelt thanks and gratitude to: Dressage Judges Jean Still, Maria McCallum and Katrina Williams, Ring Judges Katrina Williams, Cathy Young, Adam Wellington and Kym Stewart, Ring Stewards & Marshalls Alannah Ladbrook, Annette Snelling, Rita Rogers, Amanda Jobson, Maria McCallum and Cathy McDougall and John Glenn for setting up Arenas (in straight lines) and Sporting. Noeline Whiting for managing the office and ensuring ribbons, trophies and prizes got to where they needed to be, Brogan Noble and John Truong for the odd jobs when required and a lovely young man whose name we did not get who offered assistance at least twice a day. Jane and Alyssa Fitzgibbon, who are not ANSA members but gave an entire day on Saturday to run the Sporting Classes and do scoring for Dressage and the Challenge. Results were most prompt. Sharyn McKell and Jackie Long for organising sponsors and prizes and those fabulous witches hats! There was a kitchen fairy who tidied the Riders Retreat in secret. Our long suffering secretary Audrey Condie for all the hard work leading into the event and our President Leonie Livingston. And the Competitors. You bought your beautiful, beautiful horses and provided the spectaculor display of ANSA Horses at their absolute best. We desperately hope we have not left anyone out - if we have, please accept our sincere apology and drop us a note so we can make a worthy mention of your valued contribution. Thank you so very much to you all.
