When you work hard and show loyalty, dedication and respect to an employer they return the favor. I have been blessed to have not only a reliable job for the past 7 years, but a support team. Anytime I have been in need, both my manager and owner have gone above and beyond for me. Not everyone can say this about their boss. It is a huge indication of someones character by the way they hold themselves and walk away from an ending experience. When one leaves and upon departure is given best wishes, yet takes it upon them self to create chaos and drama- the only natural reaction is utter seapartion and ensued drama. Guess its true what they say about common sense.... It sure isnt common.
