Where are the black male felons hiding here in Rochester,NY?Black men live with white crack cocaine users and the opposite side white men living with black crack cocaine users.The homeless black male felons steals and looks for cans,bottles and takes them to Wegmans.They stash their buggy on University Avenue right across the street from Harris Communcations.They dont use their true identies also!They have a tattoo on their arm that says Geraldine and on th eupper arm G & J together.There is a private group that works with them and they are against the Rochester Police force.
