Where did the military get the idea that you cannot win a conflict by bombing the enemy from the air? I think its possible. I sure would give it a try on ISIS. Why make USAmericans march around with those rifle targets pasted on their backs just to identify ISIS combatants by drawing rifle fire? Its asinine. The idea of providing moral support for moderates in Syria, as a way to stop and to kill ISIS, is laughable. It wont work. Good governance for ISIS?
