Where is the largest demographic of AIDS, heart decease, STDs, gender bender operations? There are certain behaviors that inherently add to health care burden and I do not want to pay for those behaviors. What if we all went back to paying for what we need and having only catastrophic coverage insurance? I think risky behavior would be reduced over time and people may think twice about what they do.
