Whew!! Made a total mess out of my kitchen. Preparing my food for the week, so I dont get caught off guard. Cooked a whole turkey. Made turkey salad....with plain nonfat Greek yogurt and a touch of sour cream instead of my beloved mayo. This is my go-to protein. The turkey carcass is simmering. Soup base. The roast is in the oven, getting tender like a roast should. Veggies cut up and portions measured out. My special tea blend is in the tea bar I made for it, next to my protein shake fixings, next to my bullet. Have an extra set of measuring spoons and cups, packed and ready to go to work with me, along with my ankle weights and one kettle bell. That should do it for now. No excuses not to eat right or exercise.
