Whew...Yeah another day in the bag and I made it by not buying a bag or worse.. One thing I have noticed is that the further and further I get into my recovery the less and less I think about just cashing in my chips and giving up getting high, no matter what kinda shit life hits me with... Been thru several fazes of sobriety.. In with trepidations,into in and on fire!!, into long dry spells of upheaval and changes and self doubt, back into on fire and happy mediums and then more changes.. I am beginning to see that life in recovery will always hold upheavals,highs,lows because I am simply human.. Humans have emotions and it takes time to actually learn exactly what emotions are supposed to feel like after spending 40yrs in a coma.. Spiritual Beings having a Human Experience..
