Whew today was a big day for me… Long day!! at the Hospital & Dr office from 8:30 - 2:00. I was at Radys for my 6 month developmental evaluation…. IT WENT GREAT. I took a test called the Bayley Scales of infant development (BSID) (which measures the mental and motor development and test the behavior of infants from one to 42 months of age) This was a long test she watched me play observed everything I did, looking at motor skills (gross / fine), cognitive, receptive communication, expressive communication. sound identification, my attention span, attention to tasks, picture identification, how I sit up, how I roll over it was a work out but lots of fun.. of the 5 areas they measure I ended up top of the scale (or as they say Competent) for my age group. Deficient or behind in nothing!!! after that I was at my Pediatrician for my 6 month check up and 3 shots.. I took them like a champ only crying for one…I weighed in at 19 3/4ths lbs and am 90% for height. The bummer is that I have an ear infection and so were going to get that cleared up. I just wanted to share my great day with all of you.. The question my daddy and mama had was why is my hair growing crazy just where my scar is? Have they looked in a mirror today? Oh and my pic for the College Playoff is OHIO (since BYU and USC dont have a shot :) Go BUCKS!!!
