Other And will you tell us a story about one or more of these? Ill start it off! My late friend, Albert Espinosa, (Sp.?), had acquired a 49 Ford Woody, at least I think it was a 49. It looked too much like a Surf Wagon, and Albert was at most a Hodad/Chollo Lol! And, I dont mean to disrespect the dead, I loved the guy. So, with all of his limited mechanical abilities, he proceeded to drop the Woody, so it would transform into a Lowrider. We bounced all over the LA area, for many months. Then one night, Damn it, I didnt go, he and a Woody full of Compas, went to ELA. Somebody smelled smoke, and they stopped to see what was smoking, (that wasnt them, anyway). Well Albert put on quite a show that night. His Woody, burned down, right in the middle of Whittier Blvd. Total Bummer!, But FUNNY!
