While I might love late 60s rock, late 60s R&B is right up there as well. When I hear songs from the past, even though I might not have been alive or old enough to remember, there are certain ones that can nearly put you into that time period. This is one of those songs that just puts chills down my spine. Some late 60s songs bring nothing but images of the strife of the time - this one makes me realize that it wasnt all bad.
