While I was serving this couple at work tonight, they asked me one question, what I was buying for my mother and father for Christmas this year. And to make it great because they said us kids usually dont appreciate our parents. Well dear couple you are wrong. When my mother was here with us, I very much appreciated everything and anything she did for me. Did I always show it? No. Do I regret not always showing it to my mom? Yes. Because I cant get that time back. I loved my mother with all my heart and would give anything in the world to be able to hear her laugh or to just tell me she loves me one last time. The lost of my mom was tragic to my family and I. But this year I will not be sad on December 21st. I will be happy that she is in a better place and is no longer in pain. My father David Everett your are a great dad and I wouldnt trade you for anything! Your always their when I need someone. Knowing I can always count on you brings a smile to my face. đź’ś Lastly couple, presents are not whats important about Christmas, and my wonderful parents taught me this over the years. Is it always nice to have a little something? Yes. But I would rather be thankful for the love ones I have in my life rather than them worry about buying things that do not matter. Their love is what is important to me.
