While Im still venting..... Holy Rosary just completed the installation of a $25,000 Fire Alarm System. The system needed dedicated phone lines for communication. Called Verizon for copper phone lines. They said they no longer install those only Fios. After a battle I was losing I concede to Fios. Well sure enough, Fios went out last night around 12:30 am and I get a call the communications failed. Fortunately we installed a $1500 wireless communicator incase their Fios fails. Well after a week we are at failure one. Point if rant is, copper lines were reliable, but to save money and be progressive they MAKE everyone install Unreliable Fios. For once, I completely disagree with progressive technology for this reason. Peoples homes and businesses could be in danger if their Fios system is out and there is a fire. Am I the only that sees this as a problem???
