While assembling your team remember these three points. 1. Be willing to accept help when it comes. 2. Find team members who are strong where you are weak that way you will be propped on on every leaning side. 3. Learn to hear and even accept constructive as well as destructive criticism when it comes, it may teat you down at first but when you come back your rebuild will be so much better than when you began! Work hard to assemble your team making sure that each player even those riding the bench are people you really want to be in the game. Life is Yours to Keep!
