While at Fells Point in Natty Bo land today, I stopped off at The Sound Garden, a store selling a rather large mix of new and used entertainment such as CDs, DVDs, video games and vinyl (yay!). I went directly to their used record section, but unfortunately, the music I like was in short supply. However, I did pick up two albums; Fathers and Sons from 1969, and Eric Claptons Me and Robert Johnson from 2011. Havent listened to Clapton yet, but Fathers and Sons is outstanding (considering the age of the album, the discs are in super clean condition, no clicks or crackles or other noise!). One disc is a studio recording, the second is live. The attached Youtube is the closer from the live disc; you cant beat this lineup with a stick - Muddy Waters, Otis Spann, Michael Bloomfield, Paul Butterfield, Donald Duck Dunn, Sam Lay, and Buddy Miles!
