While collecting these fantastic Star warriors through the internet I must admit having the occasionally damaged figure in my mailbox. This doesnt happen often because I always take a good look at the provide pictures during the purchase and then theres always the mail box for contacting the salesman himself. But, once so often I make a mistake… heres an example that I corrected. Leia Organa (Hoth Outfit), a very powerful successor to the two previous released figures. This time the only girl in the galaxy receives an actual action outfit and its even snow proof. I remember getting it as a kid way back during the ROTJ releases and I loved every bit of it. Leia was now ready for some serious star action. unfortunately my long overdue recollecting hooked me up with a Leia (left in the pic with two Leia figures) that was smacked in the face way to often. Probably Wampa attacks or a few wrong steps near the TaunTaun lair. If youre a serious collector you understand these things and try to do better next time. So I was looking for a better version and finally found one. Leia once more charges the Hoth scenery in pristine condition. I never collect carded figures because I love to play with them to much (action figures for action) but I love the artwork (right pictures). I believe, that when my collection together with army building, boxes and manuals is finished I will make an attempt of recollecting the cards without the figures. Always loved the back advertising as well (it brings back so much memories).
