While men were busy walking out...I was busy tending to my kids. While men were busy in denial...I was busy being real and trying to find new ways to change my life. When men were busy being hurtful...I was busy wiping tears. While men were busy making excuses...I was busy finding solutions. While men were busy talking trash...I was busy praying for them. While men were busy having a good time...I was busy being responsible. When men were busy being weak-minded...I remained strong. While men were busy giving up on their children...I was busy living for them. While men were busy breaking our hearts...I was busy giving it to God. While men were busy stabbing me in the back...I was busy trying to save them. These are not the actions of men who are believers of God or even sincerity. These are the actions of immaturity, and selfishness, but regardless of the scars they leave on your heart, and the tears they leave on your pillow, or the emotions they put your children through...God will always save, justify, and bring deliverance, and you will be capable of walking away being fully satisfied in your heart because you know you gave it all your best shot even while they were casting stones!
