While returning from the rally, the goosebumps refused to fade. It resulted in happy tears. Today I am a proud Jadavpurian. I am proud that I am part of such a university. I am proud of my fellow student colleagues, who turned up from various colleges and schools (yes schools) to join in for one cause. Today I am a proud Kolkatan. The crowd was a vision today! Somebody mentioned the crowd count was almost near to a lakh! But the count does not matter. Someone was heard saying Puro Durgapujor bheed mone hochche! Today , this is why, I thank the VC! This was only possible because of you. Just because you decided that walking down a few steps out of your office and talking to the students would be against your dignity, and bringing in the police to beat your way out of the students, did so many people decided to take a nice long walk and wait till you decide to resign! Dhonyobaad VC-kaku. Aapni aetto ta ekguye nah holey bodhoy amader jed ta baarto nah. As the rally shouted, Ei VC k dekhe naao, OLXe beche daao. Thank you sister in law of India. I hope you now see how chhoto the ghotona is. And to Jadavpur, I love you. To everyone present today, love and hugs! :) ♡ And one more time - #hokkolorob.
