While riding home in my car a few minutes ago I heard an excerpt from a recent Jon Stewart TV program. Stewart was making fun of all the glitches in the Obamacare website and all the stupid excuses given by Obama and the media for the total incompetence of the government. Its really a very funny bit and I started laughing. But then I immediately thought of all the people who have been affected by this disaster of a law who have lost their existing insurance coverage, or had their premiums increased, or lost pay because their work hours were reduced, or who lost their doctor because he would rather retire than have to deal with the excessive regulations of the federal government, and taxes, taxes and more taxes. The list of unintended or unfair consequences for a majority of the American people goes on. Im sure theyre mad as hell and arent laughing. So how long will it be before the politicians come to their senses and stop this madness, and then how do the people whose lives have been turned upside down recover the lives they had before all the madness started...
