While the US and its satellites have shown their determination to bring Russia to its knees, China steps in and pledges to help Russia overcome its economic hardships. This is the difference between a mature, wise nation and the reckless US alliance. At the end of the day, every country that has had trade relations with Russia should realize that it is in no one’s interests to destroy that country economically. Both American and EU companies are aware of this and they are voicing their concerns, but for the time being, these concerns are neither addressed or even considered by their respective governments. For now at least, the politicians are the ones with the last word; and they are determined to cripple the Russian people. Dream on and youd better hope that Russia does not decide to reciprocate.
