While were all thinking about veterans today, its important to remember that were neglecting our vets. They are far more likely to be jobless, homeless, drug addicted, and suicidal than any other group in America. Remember those who served, but reach out to those who are still suffering from their service. Those who oppose the government social safety net: now is the time to get your church, nonprofit, and family involved. Close the gap in the safety net: its huge. Im on my way to buy lunch for a homeless vet.
