Whilst furkling in the cupboards this morning I came across an unopened ministry of sound fitness DVD, so I got all lycrad up and slapped it into the DVD player, 2 minutes in and I realised why it was unopened - cos Im totally uncoordinated, but thought Id give it a go. Sweet baby Jesus, I ended up catapulting myself across the bedroom into the dog bed, which was luckily unoccupied at the time and nearly rendered myself unconscious. Whoever said exercise is good for you was fecking lying!! Im off to lie down for a while with an emergency Freddo to get over the shock. The DVD is now in a bag with various items for the next tombola, win it at your peril!!!
