Whilst handing out flyers at the Metrocentre Car Meet last night, a number of people asked me Is it just for classic cars?. My answer to that was, of course, no. See, whilst we are doing all we can to improve the publics perception of the North Easts car enthusiast scene, we also dont want to exclude anybody from joining us in sharing their passion for motoring. That is why we arent stating that this is a brand, model, make or year of manufacture. Its important to understand that the motoring industry has evolved over time and with it have our styles and tastes. We wouldnt be where we are now without what was in the past, and equally, we cant wait on the past and not embrace the future. So, as Kurt Cobain once sang, come as you are. Come in your vintage automobiles, your motorbikes, your imports and your muscle cars. Come in your German cars, your Japanese and American cars. Come in your minis, your MPVs, and everything in between. All that matters is that you have a good day.
