Whilst sitting at a stop sign today, I was hesitant about which way to go. I motion the the driver across from me to go ahead and turn which would mean crossing over in front of me. She wasnt pleased about my generous offer, but rather annoyed at me being unsure. Unless youre lost, no one likes to have to deal with indecision. She turned slowly, squinting like the main hit man in a serious mafia film. I got my Italian on and gestured in a questioning manner, as most fine Italians do. Her stink eye was on point AND then her passenger fired off the Middle finger with three rapid upward motions befitting to that of a young man in his prime. My jaw had dropped at this point, and then loud thunderous laughter filled my car. Why? Because the driver would have been an elderly lady of about 85 and her passenger at least 95 and a frail looking man. He wore a white bucket hat, a matching white moustache and could barely see above the window line. My day was made. I hope Im still blazing and full of spark at that age. Cheers to the bird!
