“Whispering Bones features a stellar cast of some of the area’s best actors, including Jeannine Haas, who directed the exceptional production of “Of Mice and Men” last year at Hubbard Hall, and who will be performing in a one woman show this season; David Braucher, who recently starred in “Family Furniture” at the Curtain Call theatre; Stephanie Moffett-Hynds, who has appeared numerous times at Hubbard Hall, and who’s past performances in Whispering Bones have been highlights in the show; and Cate Seeley, a very accomplished member of the Hubbard Hall Theatre Company. The show also features some of the region’s best storytellers, including Jeannine Laverty, Christie Keegan and Siri Allison. Kelvin Keraga, known for his storytelling as MC of Hubbard Hall’s annual Community Holiday Breakfast, will also perform. The stories are both spooky and entertaining, but are demonstrate the many ways that writers in the ghost story genre have focused on theme of morality, mortality and the human condition. It’s a compelling evening; we hope you can attend.”
