White whine, autumn version. Just back from Europe. Still jet-lagged. Woke up at 4:30 am, wide awake and refreshed. Still dark outside. Coffee maker hasn’t turned on yet. Had to do it manually. Flipped on the TV, trying to see if something is on. Channel 13 is no longer channel 13. I have no idea where it is. Try 8. Not there either. Time-Warner picks now to “organize the channels by genre.” The all-purpose remote now needs to be totally re-programmed. Getting a headache and it isn’t even light out yet. Suddenly 5 channels of dubbed US sitcoms in German is starting to make sense.
