All Supplies included Painting is a process of self discovery. Your Authentic Voice has been with you from the beginning of time. It is not something that can be taught, but it can be remembered. It is then our life’s work to tap into this and become who we already are deep at our core. When process painting we can tap into our Authentic Selves. How can we stay connected to that part ourselves and allow it to guide us in our life’s work and in our creative processes? Through this 10wk session, each week you will begin to listen to your own Authentic Voice and remember who you really are. Through a process of free form writing, painting and reflection we will allow the stories of our lives to unfold the metaphor for a deeper connection to our Authentic Selves.
