Who did a wait over a month to use my Vegetti?!?! Today I made Parmesan baked chicken thighs and tonight made zoodles out of one zucchini. Salted them in a colander and let sit about 15 min before blotting between paper towels. Sautéed in 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp canned Parmesan, black pepper then added 2 tablespoons of Hidden Valley Parmesan Basil Pesto (in a jar near salad dressings at Walmart). Total of approximately 5 net carbs. DELICIOUS!!!
