Who do you L.O.V.E.! My local organic farmers market for one! Fresh summer veggies Im living for! But first my L.O.V.E.! Sensation crispy BBQ Tofu a Spears! Mmm! I can go there with versions of potato salad. I outdid myself with this version! These far out org medium red potatoes with gold inside! Although I used roasted garlic Follow Your Vegenaise, its creamy like this from the type of potato BUT the org avocados I added took it home! Steamed diced carrots, a couple drops of unrefined hemp oil for flavor, and seasonings. I liked it so much before I added the Vegenaise that I set some aside to compare. Org Russian purple kale! Whew! So much more tender and sweet compared to standard kale! Org sweet as sugar, juicy summer Jersey corn! No V butter necessary! All this was made with a whole lotta L.O.V.E.! Mi madré sure thought so! I made her V meatless loaf by Gardein and topped it before I heated it with my org red meatless sauce I added my special homemade, fueled TVP I had from tofu I made and froze. MmMmmMmm!! Guess what happens next!
