Who ever believed it? He was one of Jesus disciples, a man who ate from the same bowl with Christ, drank from the same cup with him but yet betrayed his Master; sometimes, we have to come to terms with the fact that love is really not about what we see but what we dont see; its an unfortunate truth but one which must be taken with severity; not everyone who says they love you really do; being able to see beyond the lips as Christ did would help us salvage alot in our quest for continued companionship; Judas was Jesus friend and still found it luxurious to betray his master; and to think that Peter in his endearing position could also deny Christ makes me think even deeper; if Judas betrayed Christ & Peter denied him, do not be overly surprised when that sweet closest friend of yours betrays, sets you up or backstabs you. That person you call a close friend could be the one behind the gun; beware! The enemy within is often a friend nonetheless a day will come when the love of every man will be genuinely laid to bare; Was it a mistake that Christ had Judas as a disciple? My answer is , No, i dont think so; there would always be friends in disguise whos motives are their bellys; we may never have learnt that a supposed friend could be as wild as a wolf had Judas not been enlisted meaning we are always responsible for our companionship. The beginning of a mans success story will have a bearing on his companionship irrespective of any divine orchestration. Be wise! Cèê
