Who here loves Crawfish Etoufee?!?! I know I do!! Well here is a way to have it w/out the rice. Crawfish Etoufee Stuffed Mushrooms Italian Style 2 cups Crawfish Etoufee 8 medium sized mushrooms (portabella) fresh mozzarella 2 tsp italian seasoning 1 TBSP fresh parsley, chopped parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350. Clean out the inside of each mushroom. Slice your mozzarella into slices. Place a slice of mozzarella into each mushroom. Mix the crawfish etoufee, italian seasoning, and parsley together and put about 1/4 cup into each mushroom on top the cheese. Sprinkle the parmesan on top and bake for about 15 to 20 min until mushrooms are cooked. I eat 2 as a meal w/ a side salad. This recipes serves 4 people!!
