Who is Leon? Good question and my favorite subject line. Im 54 years old, okay really Im 44 but I like the reaction I get from peoples faces when I say 54. Besides if someone calls me on it, I just tell them my true age and they believe it and move on. Now some of you are guilty of saying youre younger then you really are and if you get called out then you feel like crap. So, say youre older and should people discover the truth nobody feels bad, everyone wins. **Rant 1. I like staying up late and waking up early. Im old so late is 11ish and early is early at around 6am. I need a hot shower every morning to loosen things up and a fresh cup of coffee to get going. I love watching T.V. series but I buy the seasons on DVD. I dont like waiting week to week for and episodes. So Im about 7 years behind on my t.v. Shows. Just FYI. My favorite movie is, Pitch Perfect, My 15 year old daughters fault! Im good with my hands and can pretty much figure anything out with a little time. I do have higher learning and an over abundance of common sense. Yes, we do exists! Married 10 years to an active duty Soldier, 4 kids 2 boys & 2 girls, no dog. ~ Leon BCX to me is a great jump starter for future goals. I use the energy and motivation of everyone involved to push myself harder. I love to workout but I figured out I dont like doing it alone. I need people to push me as much as I push them. Earlier this year I decided enough was enough, my weight had become a crutch, so I left it behind in March. Since March 5 Ive lost 32 lbs and have not gained any back. Mostly I do the classes at Estep but I also started lifting again. But I always, always look forward to the next BCX push! Share your story.
