Who was fearful??? The man with the LOADED GUN, LIVE ROUND IN THE CHAMBER...READY! IN HIS CAR, HAS CONTACT WITH 911 DISPATCH AND THEN FOLLOWS THE PERSON WHO HE IS SUPPOSEDLY IN FEAR OF...Or the boy, armed only with skittles and a tea, who had been followed by a suspicious man in a truck who then got out of his car and followed him on foot and if he were to go home, the only person there to help him if this man meant him harm was a 12 year old!!!! FACTS AND COMMON SENSE!
