Before I wrote any other book this one was a must and certainly a must have no matter what your state of health. Contains basic information for any chronic disease process and, for the most part, 6 month charting measuring your progress healthwise and in network blessing marketing. I know I will be using mine every day! It has a Detox strategy plan for a year, a daily regimen for oils, supplements and detox, symptom tracking / Blood sugar / Blood pressure and weight tracking, blood work / labs and other tests tracking. All designed to give you a plan, strategy and tangible ways to measure success.
