Whos knows plumbing? If contractors doing a kitchen remodel in 302 put things into the sewer (hoa board pres has said) and a flood happens in 202 below because water or sewer flooded 202 (again not sure which) what would have really happened? I think the contractors cleaning their hands of paint, caulk, thin set or what ever used the sink in 302 clogging the drain line just past 202s sink or sinks and wihile being used upstairs during construction the sinks over flowed in 202, the path of least resistance. could this happen in the sewer line, not as likely the clogg would travel that far. If the toilet were clogged by construction materials aforementioned or sorry an after lunch throne visit, the back up would have come back up the toilet in 302. My thoughs, anybody have a thought on this? Dont want to lose a buyer in 103 because of 302s dumb contractors.
