Today, in the sentencing phase retrial of State of Arizona vs. Jodi Ann Arias - the Judge REJECTED defenses motion to take the death penalty off the table. Defendant and her counsel sought the dismissal of the death penalty based on claims of prosecutorial misconduct. I think after all these years, Jodi Ariass batsh*t crazy is rubbing off on her lawyers because their motion was a whole lotta cray cray. Poor Jodi, court wont resume until next week. Giving her all sorts of time in solitary confinement between now and then to be mad as heck with no outlet to relieve her rage. Something Im sure her attorneys ears are grateful for.
