The maneuvers consist of astonishing acrobatics done at speeds at nearly 250 mph! It is a jaw-dropping performance you dont want to miss! - Marine Air-Ground Task Force: The Marine Air-Ground Task Force is the principal organization for all missions across the range of military operations. MAGTFs are a balance air-ground, combined arms task organization of Marine Corps. This year, the MAGTF Demonstration will fly the CH-53E Super Stallion, AV-8B Harrier, F/A-18 Hornet, MV-22 Osprey, KC-130J Hercules, UH-1Y Huey and CH-46E Phrog. - Jack Links Screamin Sasquatch: The Screamin Sasquatch is a one-of-a-kind jet-powered aerobatic biplane capable of flying straight up at maximum speed. The airplane is a Taperwing Waco, which was made famous by barnstormers of the 1920s and 30s. Spectators are sure to be thrilled by the amazing sights of this jet engine with a modern twist. The distinctive elliptical wing design of the fighter plane increased the overall maneuverability and decreased air resistance. Pilots who flew the airplane loved it, often referring to the airplane as “a ballerina in flight.” - Curtiss P-40C Tomahawk: The P-40 Tomahawk appeared at the start of WWII. Because of the low cost of the airplane, the aircraft remained in production as a ground attack fighter long after other airplanes had technologically surpassed it. The plane is known for its high-speed agility at lower altitudes and its ability to make tight turns. The Tomahawk is the world’s only remaining P-40C in flying condition. - North American P-51D Mustang: The P-51 became one of the best known and most feared fighters in the world after the plane was fitted with the British Rolls-Royce Merlin engine and large extended fuel tanks. The plane’s laminar wing design was innovative and greatly reduced turbulent airflow across the wing. This P-51 is a combat veteran that was delivered to the United States Army Air Force on January 26th, 1945. - Republic P-47D Thunderbolt: World War II pilots considered the P-47D Thunderbolt to be “unbreakable,” and its toughness gave pilots undeniable confidence that they would return home to the U.S. safely. The fighter had the most powerful Pratt & Whitney engine ever developed at the time of its creation. This aircraft was manufactured by Republic Aviation in Evansville, Indiana and delivered to the USAAF on June 27, 1945. Seattle-born Colonel Ralph C. Jenkins pilots the aircraft. - Flying Heritage Collection: The FHC is a premier aviation attraction made up of dynamic aircrafts dating from the 1930s and 1940s.
