Newbridge LIVE! is looking to hire a dedicated Tour Manager and Assistant Tour Manager to lead a new and exciting tour revolved around one of the largest and most iconic outdoor retailers in the country! If you are looking for one of the best tours you have ever worked on, this is it! We prefer a tour team, but individuals are welcome to apply as well. Position: Tour Manager and Assistant Tour Manager When: 10-week Fall Tour (1-week training) September 20th – December 3 (roughly) Where: Atlantic Northeast Region/MidWest/Mountain Rate: Competitive Ideal candidate (s) must have a crystal clear driving record (background check), traveled and managed previous tours, have a vast interest in the great outdoors, client and media experience, capable of emceeing, great attention to detail, and able to lift 50 pounds. Additionally, we need someone that is a natural leader, being able to think on their feet, that can provide great feedback of what is working in the field and what is not. We need dedication — this is not a tour for someone to relax and collect a paycheck, this is a tour where there is heavy client involvement, in which every event will have client interaction. We need a leader that can relate and do the job! The rundown: The tour will be traveling exclusively to colleges and several retail stores, with 3-5 events per week.
