Why CHAPATHI (Indian Wheat Bread).....................? Rich, Obese, Diabetic South Indian Patient came for Consultation yesterday, As i said, he came for the treatment for above said problems and for some life style Modifications..... I examined him and i advised him Medicines and Diet etc., what-ever is good for his problems, Then immediately that patient asked me, Doctor you didn’t ask me to stop Rice and Start to use Wheat (Chapathi)..... Then i asked him “why.....? why should i recommend you to Eat Chapathi”....? Patient replied : Doctor my Diabeto-logist Asked me to stop Rice Completely and Start Using Wheat...(CHAPATHI) I Asked : why.... what is wrong with Rice...? Patient : But Doctor, As per my Diabetologist (at the same time as per Him also) Rice will increase my weight and Sugar Levels as well..... I Said : what the Hellll.......?????? Patient Said : Yess sir.... Rice is very Bad for health, and Wheat will Help to Decrease the weight and Curb Sugar Levels too, I Said : Ohhh., Is it....? THEN THERE MUST BE NO DIABETES AND NO OBESE PATIENTS IN PUNJAB......? becoz they eat Only Wheat 3 times a day 365 days a year (their Staple food).... Patient : Doctor., then why my Diabetalogist Told Like this....? I Said : FIRST KEEP YOUR Diabetologist ASIDE FOR NOW, As per AYURVEDEA...... RICE IS THE BEST GRAIN. (Compared to Wheat), RICE IS VERY LIGHT FOR DIGESTION. (Compared to Wheat), RICE IS APHRODISIAC. AS RICE IS LIGHT FOR DIGESTION NO MUCH STRESS ON VITAL ORGANS OF BODY.... SO HIGHLY RECOMMANDED FOR DAILY USE. More Importantly It is BEST SUITED TO BOTH HEALTHY AND UN-HEALTHY, CHILDERN and AGED, MALES and FE-MALES (Compared to Wheat) RICE BASED DIET IS THE BEST DIET, All the CONVENTIONAL AND CLASSICAL SOUTH INDIAN FOOD PREPARTIONS ARE ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA. SO NEVER EVER THINK OF AVOIDING RICE YOUR IN DAILY DIET. Patient Asked : Doctor., are you sure Rice Wont Increase my sugar levels further...? and what do i do with the lots of Wheat i Brought to home for Daily use.......? I SAID : Dont keep any Doubt., your sugar levels, your weight will be under control and more than that your General Health will Improve to the Greater Extent and its Possible Only Through Ayurveda.... And the whole lot of Wheat which is remaining at your house Export it to America or to any other Western Countries it is best suited for them to prepare Sandwiches, Burgers, and Whole Wheat Bread pieces etc etc., hahahahahah................
