Why Microsoft jumped the shark from 8 to 10, will likely remain - TopicsExpress

Why Microsoft jumped the shark from 8 to 10, will likely remain unknown . However, this is a caveat: though the new Windows 10 is being touted as the latest (I was in Redmond when the whole Vista debacle was in full swing - Ugh), remember its a even number. Although I never believe in coincidences, every even numbered release has been abysmal. They will probably support Win7 for a couple of years. Like those who still hold on to XP, Ill retain 7 until the 2 machines I have it on until they completely breakdown. Your choice, but I wont go to 10 until I can fully test it for myself, and was a senior software test engineer for MS.
