Why So Upset? I appears I have a strange ability to really upset people with simple questions delivered with a smile and friendly tone. Yesterday: I called #CommBanks Executive Head Of Security John Geurts to discuss 100s of CBA fraud victims that are yet to be helped. me: Hi John its Michael Fraser. john: WHO! me: Its Michael Fraser, how are you? john: (in a very angry and emotional tone) Listen Michael I have asked you not to call me. me:(really fast) but what about all the fraud.. john: Hangs up. Today: I went to a #7Eleven that has a new owner and I am told the illegal wage model has been continued by him. me: Hi it must be great working here. Is the pay good? owner: Yes it is pretty good. me: Cool, what does 7-Eleven pay per hour. owner: (instant discomfort) That is personal. me: Oh sorry I wasnt asking what you get paid. I was asking what does 7-Eleven pay per hour. owner: That is none of your business. me: Oh I am sorry I didnt realise wages of a giant franchise were a secret. I would have thought I could look it up online. owner: I am not telling you my personal information. me: Oh well it must be some big secret. Thank you and see you later. In my experience, people that are up to no good behave like this. I dont mind helping them uncover their misdeeds and hanging them up somewhere for everyone to see.
